Girona FC secured a hard-earned draw against Getafe CF in a closely contested La Liga match, as the two sides cancelled each other out. The hosts took the lead in the second half through Cristhian Stuani's clinical finish, but Jaime Mata levelled for Getafe just seven minutes later. The result sees Girona remain mid-table, while Getafe misses out on an opportunity to climb the standings.
